2. Use of Service

You agree to use SyncBattle only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Attempting to interfere with the service's infrastructure
• Using the service to engage in any fraudulent activity. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid services are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize periodic charges to your designated payment method. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, SyncBattle is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncBattle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or in-game advantages, resulting from the use of our tool.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
